The accommodations were comfortable and clean. All staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast was tasty. The location was convenient to the Convention Center and downtown Nashville. The hotel provided shuttle service and it was also within walking distance. We thought it was expensive.

We stayed here Dec 25-28 for a ballgame. During our stay there was a CATASTROPHE. Our room on the 2nd floor was flooded by a sprinkler on the 5th floor. The staff was not sympathetic to our needs and really drug their feet when we asked to be moved. Only when I began to cause a scene in the lobby, did I get another room and had to move everything MYSELF an hour before kickoff. The staff has no idea what the hotel offers or what they have on site. Due to the "flood", our clothes that were in the room were soaked, when we called the front desk to ask them if they had a dryer, we were put on hold for approx. 10 min. When we called back, we were transferred to someone's voice mail. The staff is most inconsiderate, and rude for the most part. Way too little for the exhorbitant amount they charge. This was my 1st and last stay at this hotel.

Overall, the hotel was pretty nice, but there were a few put offs in our room I want to let people know about. First the bathroom was TINY. I mean the door almost hit the toilet when it opened tiny. Then the tub drain was clogged so your shower was taken in ankle deep water that drained 15 mins after you were out. And the bathroom had basically no ventillation causing excess moisture and some mold (yes, I said mold) on the bathroom ceiling. Staff was friendly. Overall hotel was clean and nice. Breakfast buffet was disappointing to average at best. The pool area was nice, but freezing cold. The pool water seemed warm only because the room was so cold. Many of the main hallways of the hotel were kept super cold too. Location to downtown was OK - about 4 blocks walk to Broadway St. Caution.....Warning.....something that fails to get mentioned is parking costs. You can have then valet park you for the bargain price of $*. per day (that was sarcasm people) or you can self park in a ramp a block away for $*-$* per day. Either way, don't forget to have that figured in the budget or you may get quite the surprise extra expense. Would I stay here again? Maybe. Would I look at other hotels first in the Downtown Nashville area? Definately.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. From the check-in to the check-out. Had a problem with our T.V. remote, and they sent someone to our room right away to take care of the problem. The hotel staff was kind and helpful. Our room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Just an overall nice experience. The hotel's location is great, kept the car parked at the hotel and walked everywhere we needed to go. Would definetly stay here again on our next trip to Nashville! The Reed's
