I rented a room for one night with my 9 year old son, and we got the best sleep before having to take a flight back to California. Rooms are very clean and very comfortable. Close to the airport as well. 5 stars

We had to use this inn as a emergency place for a funeral when 4 families arrived at my sisters a few miles away. I was so impressed with the manager, B, that i had the other 4 families check in there also. We all had the same courtesy, that i was given. When we arrived for a wedding a few months later, I contacted the manager again. She assured us she would have rooms for our different states familiies as they arrived. We had issues in one room, it was handled within minutes. The rooms where clean, comfortable, and i did not feel as though we were robbed. The first time they could of taken full advantage of us, and did not. She accomadated us to the fullest. I was very impressed with the customer service. Pam B Davison, Mich

Checked in on Friday and company reservation could not be found, paid with my debt card, next day my company rep went back with me and they "found the reservation" and assured me the charge would be credited back to my card no later than Thursday. Called them on Monday and was told paper work had been sumitted to accounting. Wed. Nov 7, the charge had been removed from bank account, then on Wed 11/14, the charge shows up again on my bank account, called the Red Roof Inn office and was told that the manager was out again, and I would have to call back the next day, the person on the phone( X) was determined to not help us. He said that he would call his manager as soon as he had the time, he was busy checking in a guest, he was more concerned about taking some elses money that helping us. I consider him rude and if you had a problem the manager is always unavalibe to take care of YOU, the customer. My company has made the decision to NOT use this hotel again. At this time it is still an unresolved sistuation.......even after calling the Corporate Office for Red Roof Inn.......

This hotel met our expectations, especially for the price we paid. We had a "business king" room on the freeway side (Request freeway side, away from train tracks). The room was spacious, had a good work space, and great reception for my Sprint wireless. Room and bathroom was clean, and the shower was very strong. We had a lightbulb that was out when we checked in, but was replaced immediately upon notifying front desk. Heat and air units worked very well. No "in-room" coffee, but there was a machine in the lobby (brewed individual cups of coffee, capicino, hot chocolate,..) which provided much better than expected coffee.
No frills, but quite adequate for our purposes... would stay again if in the area for a night or two. -
